Due to the promotional & deadline-oriented nature for any special pricing, we are unable to offer price protection, price reduction, retroactive discounts or refunds for bookings that were scheduled prior to or outside of a promotional period.

Amendments for Tax Returns Prepared by BwrightTaxes-- Amended returns are completed free of charge if the error was the result of a tax preparation mistake by BWT. Should a client overlook, forget or intentionally/unintentionally omit information required for the tax return that results in an error or non-compliance, then an amended fee will be charged.

We maintain a strict "no rush" policy. While this does not mean that you will experience a longer turnaround time, it does mean that we will approach your work thoughtfully. Rushing is known to sacrifice quality, breed errors, and provide little to no room for success. We become very busy and work longer hours during the peak season, but we don't rush through our projects because the quality of your tax return is important to us. The turnaround time will be based on how quickly we receive all of your documents.
